Practical tools.
Professional judgment.
Effective August 27, 2026. These terms apply to the private-beta service operated under Uprate.
Using the service
You may use the calculators for lawful manufacturing planning and evaluation. You are responsible for your inputs, account activity, and decisions made from results. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another user’s information, or submit confidential customer, print, or process data that is not needed.
Estimates, not guarantees
Results depend on the inputs and stated assumptions. They are not quotes, engineering instructions, tax or accounting advice, or guaranteed financial, safety, quality, or production outcomes. Validate the math against actual routing, tooling, uptime, labor, material, quality, financing, and customer requirements.
Accounts and saved work
Accounts are free during the beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta features and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or permanent retention. Keep independent records of material decisions.
Ownership and feedback
The service, interface, and original content belong to the operator or its licensors. You retain rights in your inputs. If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
