Information we collect
Account information includes your authenticated email and the name, company, role, manufacturing focus, and unit preference you choose to provide. We also store saved calculations, feedback, and basic product-use events. When you edit a calculator, a numeric snapshot of its inputs and calculated results may be stored with an anonymous browser and session identifier, even if you do not save the calculation. If you later register, that activity may be associated with your account.
Attribution and analytics
We store landing source, medium, campaign, content, term, referring host, platform, and the type of ad click identifier present. We do not retain the value of third-party click identifiers. Product events help us understand visits, calculator starts and completions, the numbers entered and results produced, saves, exports, shares, registration, and return use.
Advertising
Public content pages may use Google AdSense to display advertisements. When advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, device information, IP address, and activity on this site to select, deliver, measure, and protect ads. Where required, a consent message lets you accept, decline, or manage these uses before eligible advertising starts. Learn more in Google's advertising policies.
Marketing consent
Marketing and communication consent is optional and starts unchecked. Your choice, consent version, and update time are stored. You can withdraw consent through our privacy feedback form; withdrawing does not affect access to the free tools.
How information is used
We use this data to operate accounts, preserve saved work, understand how the calculators are being used, improve inputs and defaults, understand acquisition, protect the service, respond to feedback, and support the free service through advertising. Calculations are planning estimates and are not sold as guaranteed outcomes.
Sharing and retention
Service providers may process data to host, secure, analyze, operate, or advertise on the product. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising may involve sharing device and activity data with Google and its advertising partners as described above. We keep beta data only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, and abuse prevention.
Your choices
You can use calculators without an account. Advertising consent choices, when shown, are separate from account marketing consent. Avoid entering confidential customer or part information that is not needed for the calculation. To request access, correction, deletion, export, or a consent change, use the privacy contact form.
